The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour operator and direct service providers) in order to fulfill this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement, in order to formalize travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to the consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues if they arise, providing information to authorized state bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

Tours on scheduled flights
- For all tours on scheduled flights, the first installment is 50%, but not less than the cost of the booked regular flight as part of the tour.
- Full payment for the tour (100% of the tour cost) must do:
- tours to visa-free destinations - no later than 14 days before the start date of the trip,
- tours in all visa areas - at the time of submission of documents of tourists for opening a visa, but no later than 21 days before the start date of the trip.
- For tours to the UAE, Maldives, Mauritius - 50% down payment,, but not less than the cost of the booked regular flight as part of the tour, full payment for the tour (100% of the cost) must be received 31 days before arrival.
Documents for visas will not be accepted without full payment. In case of violation of the terms of payment established by the conditions of the Republic of Belarus, the application will be canceled unilaterally with the setting of the Actual Costs Incured (FPR).
Prices of the Republic of Belarus do not apply to groups (more than 25 people) and individual tours.
When increasing the cost of the tour by adding additional services, changing the category of the room to a higher one, increasing the duration of the tour - service fees are not charged.
The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the promotion.
The amount of actual expenses incurred is calculated for each booking individually.
