I dreamed of relaxing in the Canary Islands for a long time, I remember in childhood, I remember the phrase of a kitten from one cartoon: “I want a bottle of sweet cream! I want to go to the distant Canary Islands! And since then I really wanted to see these islands. Another role was played by the book "Drivers of Frigates", Tenerife is very well described there. After I finally got out to the Canary Islands, or rather, to Tenerife, I was not disappointed.

Of course, the main attraction of the island, and if you look at it, the only one is the Teide volcano. By the way, he is described in Frigate Drivers. The height is 3718 meters, so the temperature in summer is 1. However, I was there in April, but they say so in summer. It is clear that since there is eternal snow on the top of the volcano, then as you climb the mountain, you can see all the climatic zones. During the ascent, by the way, you literally have to go through the clouds, and then, an unforgettable sight, look at the clouds from above.

A tour for two adults for 12 days from June 22 cost 3.500 euros. We took off by plane from the city of Minsk, landed at the airport of Palma de Mallorca.

Tour "Monumental Palm" purchased in TEZ tour for 45 euros (for two, respectively - 90 euros). We traveled by shuttle bus for 40 minutes from Santa Ponsa to Palma, then rode a boat for half an hour, inspecting the yachts and liners standing at the pier. On the bus, which was waiting for us at the pier, we made a sightseeing tour of the city and most of the time we visited the La Seu Cathedral. The gothic temple is the main attraction of Palma, in the design of which Antoni Gaudí and Miguel Barcelo took part.

Food and groceries

We ate at the hotel, so I will write the price for those products and alcohol that we bought. The best rum produced in Mallorca "Amazona" cost 14.80 euros, the liquor "Baileys" 0.7 was bought for 11 euros (in Duty Free it cost 16 euros). Wines can be bought from 1 to 40 euros, presented for every taste. I was interested in dry reds: a bottle of 0.7 Los Molinos Gran reserva at a discount cost 5 euros, and Mayor de Castilla Ribera del Duero at 6 euros. A bottle of Absinthe 0.2 liters was bought for 4.85 euros. Packing Jamon 200 g costs from 1 to 3 euros, ground coffee Cafe Rico 250 g -3 euros, orange jam 200 g - 1.85 euros. The price of groceries in the stores is basically the same, but there is an Eroski supermarket there, where the prices are lower and there are many goods at discount prices.

Souvenirs and other goods

Prices for souvenirs are quite affordable: a mosaic cat in the style of "Gaudi" - 5 euros, a bowl with the emblem of Mallorca - a lizard, and also in a mosaic style - 2-3 euros (depending on size). Large beach bag - 6-8 euros, colorful boomerang - 3 euros. Clothes and shoes were presented in summer assortment: national Spanish shoes - abarcas cost from 14 euros and more.

In Mallorca, you should definitely buy pearls of the famous Majorica brand. It is presented here natural, cultivated and artificial. Depending on this, the price also varies. My daughter bought very interesting earrings with pinkish pearls in the form of drops for 34 euros, I bought myself small beads made of black and white pearls for 18 euros.

Cost of services and entertainment

Prices for sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach cover all other expenses: 15 euros per day. It is more profitable to take a folding umbrella with you and lay a mat on the sand.

What to take with you on vacation?

Only sunscreen. In the Blanes pharmacy they are too expensive - 16-25 euros.

Where is the best place to stay?

We had to choose from three places:

The first is the Isabelle Hotel: three stars, the cost is 3500 rubles. After reading the reviews, we refused, it turned out that they were stealing there;

Second - Blaucel: four stars, 50 meters from the beach, price 7500 rubles per day (buffet breakfast), children's rooms, swimming pools, etc.

The third (which we chose) - Hotel Costa Brava: two stars, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, the hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the beach, a bus stop is nearby, shops of all categories are within walking distance. The cost is 6200 rubles (room for 2 adults and a child), after 10 days of stay 20% discount (we lived 14 days). Internet on request, but it's better to buy a SIM card in Vodofone and use it as much as you want. Although this hotel has two stars, the level of service for this money is simply superb.

What to do at the resort?

There is a lot to see in Blanes. We, on the advice of vacationers, first of all went to the Botanical Garden. It's a 15 minute walk from our hotel. The entrance fee is 6 euros per adult and 3 euros per child. The garden turned out to be very beautiful: everything is planted with magnificent vegetation, below in the bay the water of this color hurts the eye (turquoise). Having reached the very top of the observation deck, we were amazed at the beauty of the sea and the town. And how many different birds there are indescribable.

Since we are in Spain for the first time, we decided to definitely visit Lloret de Mar. We got there on our own by bus, which runs every half hour from a stop near the hotel. The ticket costs 1.3 euros. There you should definitely go to the water amusement park for the whole day. The entrance fee is 33 euros for adults and 19 euros for children whose height is up to 1.20 cm. If the child is under 80 cm, the ticket is free. There is also a seed ticket for 2 adults and 2 children - 85 euros. And for people over 65, tickets are also free.

Be sure to visit the fish market, it is open from 4 am. You won't regret buying some fresh catch

We went on two excursions. Both were very interesting and exciting. The first tour is of course Barcelona. Choosing excursion programs, we tried to save money, so we decided to participate in group travel. A trip to Barcelona cost us 30 euros (we paid for two people and a child under 10 free of charge). Excursion in Russian, duration 2 hours.

And the second tour "Journey to Girona" - I will not describe the details, but it's worth a trip!

All beaches in Blanes are free, well equipped, and there are playgrounds everywhere. The basis of the beach is sand, though large, but it is very convenient to sunbathe on it. The only downside to most beaches is the women sunbathing topless.

We offer individual trips to the African safari park in Sigean in France from the Costa Brava.

Interesting, unusual, impressive - this is how you can describe the only African safari park in France in Sigean. Covering an area of more than 300 hectares, this reserve has more than 3,800 animals living in a vast open area in conditions as close as possible to their natural habitat.

After all, the main task that the founders of the park, Paul de La Panuse and Daniel de Monfried, set themselves was to preserve the flora existing in this protected area and provide optimal conditions for the life of many animals, including endangered species.

The park is divided into 2 parts: a zone accessible for viewing exclusively by car and a pedestrian zone.

Barcelona is full of charm and magic, yes, magic! So much beauty to discover and tell your friends.

But there is a special place that you want to admire and share, where magic is hidden in every corner - this is Park Güell.

It is full of color, light, corners that fill your heart with delight, it makes the world brighter.

The park will make you remember yourself with hundreds of photos and selfies that you can't help but take against the backdrop of the fantastic creations of the magician Gaudí...

Let's go for impressions!

The tour runs on Fridays and Sundays

In addition to the park, you will see the Sagrada Familia, the House of Mila, the House of Batllo, the Rambla, the Arc de Triomphe, the fountain show.
