I lowered the rating for the services because there was no hot water for 10 days - it flowed a little warm, but in the heat it’s not critical, it’s just difficult to wash your hair with cool water. Although this was not the case on our previous visits.

We rest here for the third year in a row - I really like living on the beach and delicious homemade food. The omelet and casserole are especially good - consistently - for the third year in a row! As well as vegetables and fish - never overdried or overcooked! Thanks chefs! And also Svetlana at the reception - a wonderfully friendly and understanding girl, the chief engineer, who instantly solves any problem, and the maids Tatyana and Nina, who work on the beach almost around the clock and do their work efficiently and on time. Cleaning is just perfect!

The pipes are leaking, the shower cabin is leaking, they left an application three times and all wasted. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, a very old TV (with a non-working remote control). Sometimes there is no hot water in the morning. There is not enough equipment in the gym (there is no net and ball for volleyball, there is no racket for bunbinton, we bought a roller ourselves, the ping-pong net is broken (we fixed it ourselves, and bought the ball ourselves). The boxes in the locker room in the pool are broken. (but no one did anything There are no places of entertainment nearby. There is a lack of laundry (even for a fee), we had to wash everything ourselves. And only an iron worked for the whole hotel (but there was no queue).
