How much have I traveled different countries, for the first time I encountered such an organization of excursions, it is simply disgusting, the guides are not collected, not organized .. Near Versailles, tickets could not be distributed to us for half an hour, we were divided into 3 groups to start the tour - it was some kind of horror. Then I had to run to see everything, because the organization took our time! Everyone was told to come to the Louvre at 4:45 pm, and not at 5:00 pm, as indicated in the program, in order to have time to mark us and go on a tour. And what do you think, this guide herself came at 17.05, the indignation of all knew no bounds! How so! She herself told us all to come earlier, but she herself was late! On a walking tour of Montmartre, we were generally lost, because we were told to get drinking water for those who needed it and, without waiting for everyone, they left, and there were a lot of lanes and did not find where they turned. The saddest thing was on the day of departure, when the pre-paid transfer to the airport did not come for us at 6:00. Taxi through the hotel began to order at 6.30, as a result, they left only at 7.00. and at his own expense, which no one has reimbursed us since! We had a good time on the plane. Such beautiful city and such a terrible organization of everything!

Tour Italy-France (14.07.2018 - 21.07.2018)

The program is unfinished!!! Please pay attention to such shortcomings as:

1) There is a line in the program - Paid extra (on the spot). But no one said that you can not take tickets separately from the tour. I'll clarify! Even before the trip, I decided that I didn’t need additional excursions, that I could calmly walk around the same “Palace of Versailles” myself. But the tour operator Pac Group has already decided for me that I need additional excursions. Therefore, on a “voluntary basis”, I was forced to pay for both the tour and tickets.

I believe that it is necessary to indicate in the program: tickets cannot be purchased separately from the tour!

2) Breakfast. I will never forget breakfasts in hotels. It's just a shame! I will list: bread, croissants, boiled eggs, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk and cereals. I looked at the reviews: people write that they ate it. I think I have been robbed. The most annoying thing was that a separate buffet was set up for the Europeans, where there were cheeses, bacon, sausages and sausages. I observed the following picture: the Russians go to the table of the Europeans to take a small, pathetic sausage, and they are stopped by a hotel employee who says that you cannot take from this table. Although the Europeans easily approached ours and took what they wanted and no one stopped them.

3) It is worth paying attention to the fact that when arriving in a new unfamiliar city, it is easy to get lost. We expected that they would provide us with cards, but they only issued cards for cities such as Bologna and Venice. This is a big minus!

4) Guide Irina Hilyuk is rude, harsh, incompetent, very badly delivered speech. Instead of spending an hour in Palace of Versailles, she offered to go to Fontainebleau, but made a condition if half of the passengers agreed. I had to go. Irina Hilyuk took 15€ from each person. And that's not it. She repeatedly did not name some of the names of the passengers. Although she has everything under reporting. Approaching her for the fourth time to clarify the information, she smiled and said that she remembered. What is it like? If each guide has a program on the computer, where they mark the excursions that passengers have signed up for and print receipts. A very unpleasant situation. When we arrived at new town, Irina Hilyuk pointed to shops where you can buy a lot of "clothes", advertised restaurants (although they are on every corner). Still, the main goal of the tour is to see the sights. It would be possible to tell a little about the countries (Italy-France), the cities that we visited, about the culture, but not about the shops, restaurants, cafes and our own life. It is not interesting! A little about rudeness: I noticed such an episode in Milan (Day 2: Turin-Milan). A 50-year-old woman went on an excursion and wanted to go to the toilet, so she decided to ask Irina Khilyuk where the nearest ladies' room was, to which I.Kh. rudely replied: "you have to endure, but there are no toilets in Milan." What about the toilets on the buses? Why does the Pac Group tour operator not count on such situations?

In September 2018, we cruised on the MSC Preziosa from Kiel (Germany) to Genoa (Italy). This was our second cruise on the ships of this company, so the rules, conditions, service on board, excursions in the cities were familiar. On the way there were Copenhagen, London, Bruges (Belgium), Lisbon, Santiago de Compostela (Spain), Gibraltar, Marseille, Barcelona. Of course, the trip was full of impressions, information, emotions. In the cities we were met by good, good or very good guides. And I would especially like to note Lyudmila Saburova - the highest class guide, who accompanied us in London, a very difficult and rich in impressions city. But in a relatively short time of the tour, she skillfully distributed the information so that there was enough time and understanding of the city for everything. Unfortunately, our second Russian-speaking group was unlucky: the guide was not very skilled, and moreover, they stood in traffic jams more than drove around the city. On the ship, too, the rest was rich: three swimming pools with sea ​​water, one of which is indoors, several jacuzzis, however, they are small and almost constantly "occupied", so it is not easy to get into them. There is a gym and a massage parlor, where they insistently invite, since the services are paid, 15-20 euros for 10-15 minutes. A lot of bars, live music in the evenings, not always of good quality and performance, but it was, it was. 20 hours a day open buffet with a rich selection of dishes for all tastes from burgers and pizza to low-fat yogurt and leafy salad. That is, you can always choose to your liking. In addition to the buffet, there are several restaurants with waiter service, but many prefer a free choice on " buffet"From entertainment there are daily concerts, parties, dances. There are casinos, cards, roulette, slot machines are popular. Animators arrange games, contests, classes. There are even 1-2 Spanish or Italian language lessons. There are several clubs for children and teenagers. Quite many shops where you can leave a tidy sum spent on clothes, bags, shoes, perfumes, alcohol.There is a pharmacy kiosk, the services of professional photographers, a cinema (they go for 5 minutes for 7 euros. They are not worth it).The service of the cabins is polite, unobtrusive, almost imperceptible, that is, quite satisfactory. What this money is for is not very clear, it seems to be for a bonus to the crew of the ship, but for some reason at the expense of tourists who have already paid so much for the cruise. Second. There are 4,500 passengers on the liner, there are constant crowds of people everywhere, sometimes speaking very loudly, so you have to look for silence in the library or on one of the uppermost decks where noisy companies do not reach, you can still in the bar if the bar is not working.

That's who we were really unlucky with, so it's with the accompanying Russian-speaking group. There were two of them from Odessa, both named Gural. There is practically nothing to say about the younger Gural, he performed purely technical functions, therefore he was colorless and invisible. But the elder Gural Gennady Semenovich was a remarkable personality. It could be assumed that his official duties are to be the curator of the group, resolve emerging issues, provide the necessary information in a timely manner, and besides, do it kindly and politely.

But he behaved like a shepherd with a foolish flock. He either did not answer questions or did it through his teeth and obviously reluctantly, referring either to the reception or to the information sheet. He spoke on the verge of rudeness, and if he was in a good mood, he joked strangely, also on the verge, but vulgarity. The attendants advised to "take it by the breasts". He managed to quarrel with almost everyone who dared to turn to him with any question. The funny climax was that on the last day of the cruise, he rushed to the girls at the reception to complain about the group (which, by the way, he didn’t say goodbye to, as before he didn’t say hello) In a word, his manners, behavior and work were so unprofessional that I had to wonder: what does he do in the tourism business, and even in the cruise business.

Can you recommend this cruise? Of course, you can, it will bring a lot of different impressions and will be a good memory for a long time. But it would be nice to have an idea of ​​what kind of person will be the curator of the group on the cruise and remember the language that was taught at school. Everything else will be fine.

In principle, I was satisfied with it until the turn of the Naples Pompeii tour came. This tour brought me to tears. When you want to go somewhere all your life, collect money, pay such an amount that you can fly to America, but in the end, nothing. No emotions, no feeling that you were there, not a single normal photograph as a keepsake. But the fact is that the guides take you at a gallop through Europe. Everything is fast, they don’t let you breathe calmly, look at the third one, take a photo. Terrible. A visit to Naples is written. Yes, to be honest, I'm ashamed to say that I was in Naples, because the whole tour consisted of a 30-minute walk through the streets, and 40 minutes of free time. Horror! I have no words! It’s good that I didn’t take all the additional excursions and I had time to freely calmly walk and look around, otherwise this tour is similar to chariot competitions! Horror! I don't recommend taking the tour! Better go yourself, book a hotel, and travel! So much better! I am disappointed with Pack Group. Horror

We went with Pak to the South of Italy. In principle, we went to Italy not for the first time, either with this company or with others, the host has always been "Gartur", there were no particular complaints about the organization. "Pak", of course, is always somewhat less organized than other companies, but tolerable. This time, as it turned out, the host company was divided into two, Gartur and Tuo Travel, and we got the second, apparently super-budget, but also extremely low-quality option. To begin with, a guide with a sign "Danko" met us at the airport, which is already non-trivial. There is no transmission of information between the meeting assistants at all: we waited for almost an hour on the bus for a woman who, as it turned out later, arrived in the morning and was already at the hotel, and it turns out that others who went to the hotel also waited a long time in the morning, despite the fact that we arrived in the evening. Hotels in Rimini along the route - it's horror-horror-horror! It is not clear why they are given stars at all. The prices for additional excursions, of course, are very high, but this was not what annoyed us - it was the frank extortion of the assistant who accompanied us to Rome, who demanded 1 euro from all tourists on the bus for the so-called "service". This means that instead of a tip, pay, please, for all the days of your stay and it does not matter that tourists may not use escort and transfer services at all - pay and that's it! At the same time, he collected money on the bus on the way to Rome, in parallel with the money for ordered excursions. But we are not suckers, we didn’t order excursions from him (we ordered later, from other guides along the route), so we didn’t pay the “service fee”. The guide Natalya, to whom we were assigned, as a result of which they bore the loud name "Natalya's group", appeared a day later, and did not want to solve the emerging issues in any way: she promised to call back - did not call back, etc. A day later, she said goodbye to us in Rome, which surprised us indescribably, and we went further along the route.

I must say that we have not met with a situation where a group is constantly attached to someone else. The tour to Tuscany, previously held together with another company with a small number of people in the group, we really liked because there was always one guide accompanying the route. PAK, in an effort to get as much benefit as possible, tried all the time to stick our small group of 7 people on buses following with other excursions. There was a feeling not group tour, and traveling by bed: every day we were transferred to other buses, not having time to remember the name of one guide, we had to get acquainted with another. But we must pay tribute, among the guides there were really very good people: Daniil in Sorrento and Irina in Bari, thank you very much! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the most expensive excursion along the route - to Capri, because the guide did not say anything, she only slowly moved along the route, admiring the fruits in the shops and flowers in the flower beds. What we paid money for, remains a mystery to us.

In general, we got what we wanted, because we love Italy, we know history, what to see - we will always find it, and we don’t expect that we will be brought close to every sight by bus - we need legs, legs.

But the service at PAK has become much worse, about TUO Travel - just keep quiet. By the way, hotel owners told the tourists from our group that the company did not pay them extra, so they had to save on our groups and, for example, in Sorrento, charge for a split.

We love Italy very much, but we will no longer contact PAK unambiguously.

Guides are bad. 25 euros for rent of 1 earpiece. Tourists are treated like a herd of sheep that need to be "bred" for additional services. Don't listen to anyone. Take 3* hotels in the center of Rome. It is convenient to walk, no one sticks, thieves are on the outskirts. In general, not bad, just change the accompanying Marina Sh. for an adequate person who owns the information. One tourist wrote about her bad review, so Marina Sh did not hesitate to read it to the entire bus on the speakerphone.
