The room itself is bright, clean, modern furniture and appliances, beautiful design. A plus is the availability of beach towels. It would be nice to equip the room with a wall clock and a kettle, so that, forgetting aboutphone in the morning enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee. The shower is leaking faucet and watering can as well. Spray in all directions. We did not pay attention to this, since the purpose of the trip was to swim in the sea and sunbathe. Well-groomed green area, cozy gazebos and low round lanterns, which are lit in the evening, make the villa truly magical. But all the magic and attractiveness of this place was twice overshadowed by a sewer break on the first floor of our building. We covered the distance to our room on the floor above by running, gaining more fresh air into our lungs. The first time the administration coped quickly and after a couple of hours in the corridors of the building there was an unforgettable aroma of a sea air freshener. The second time the sewer pipe burst in the evening and the administrator Alexei (I will tell about him a little later) could not help us in any way. As a result, the stench spread at night to our room on the second floor. And imagine the poor vacationers whose rooms on the first floor were located near the accident site. Villa "Magic" why do you invite guests to your place if you cannot provide comfortable conditions residence?! The departure was fabulous too. The day before departure, the administrator girl promised that all information about our transfer and flight would be the evening before. At the appointed time, we went to the reception to the administrator Alexei. As it turned out, he was completely unaware of our departure. He found out about the flight, but with the place of transfer he began to get confused in the testimony. Novofedorivka in geographically it is completely unknown territory for him. According to him, the bus was supposed to be waiting for us half a kilometer from the villa "Magic" and hotel guide will not meet us. That is, two fragile women with one small child and 2 large suitcases had to overcome a distance of 500m, partly on paving stones, and partly on a dusty roadway. To our indignation, he lowered his head and mumbled that they did not have coordination with the Biblio-Globus tour operator due to bad relations. Poor Alexei had to be called in for help by the senior administrator, who cut the walking distance to the bus in half. In the morning Alexei came to take our room. Gentlemen, we rested in Turkey and Greece, but we have not seen such a circus anywhere! Alexei eagerly began to examine the room with a sticky look. The first thing he did was count all the hangers in the closet. Then he began to ask us for some kind of foot towel. As a result, we had to count and show all 6 towels and a floor mat in front of him, which turned out to be the foot towel. Gentlemen, well, taking a plastic hanger with you as a keepsake of a wonderful vacation at the Villa "Magic" still didn’t go anywhere, but to steal a dirty foot towel rug, sorry. And how do you need to disrespect your guests to take their number?! Impressions of Novofedorovka are excellent, but we will not return to Villa "Magic" and will not recommend it. Crimea, of course, is ours, but we are not welcome there.…
